Location

The ranch is centrally located between four major city centers. Approximately one hour to Swift Current (West) and Moose Jaw (East), and two hours to either Regina or Saskatoon, which both contain major airports.

The town of Riverhurst is 10 minutes away. It has a modern convenience, gas and grocery store and post office. The nearest school is in Central Butte with Kindergarten to Grade 12. Also the nearest hospital facility is located in Central Butte. The children get picked up at 08.00 am and arrive by bus at 08.45 am.

If you are out on the lake it is only 2 miles by boat to Rusty's Coulee Marina, and 3 miles by boat to the Riverbreaks Golf Course, the Palliser Regional Park, and the Mainstay Inn.
